Egypt - Luxor -West Bank
Charming and tastefully decorated mudbrick house with cosy and
traditional rooms nestled in a palm grove, conveniently located
opposite the Antiquities Inspectorate ticket office. The rooms are
large, all having private bathrooms with arabesque tiles, fans or
air-conditioners, locally made furniture and mosquito nets. The
largest room has a fireplace too. Several rooms have a view on the
Memnon Colossi. The hotel is well maintained and has a friendly,
hospitable and relaxing atmostphere. Its charming and original
traditional decore reflects the esthetic insight and respect of the
local culture. Dining in the garden, the restaurant menu consists of
fresh products from nearby farms, duck and homemade bread being the
specialty of the house. It is well managed and is one of the nicest
hotels in the area..
